First Post

Hey everyone of the Internet, this is my first food blog, so things may be a little rough at first. Here's the story: as of right now I'm a pantry chef at McCormick and Schmick's seafood restaurant in Seattle. I'm also a culinary arts student at the Art Institute of Seattle. I'm little, I love food, I live with my boyfriend, I swear (get over it) a lot, and I'm a very busy person. There are many people in my life who have special dietary needs I'm constantly trying to explore these so that I can cook for all my friends. I have no special dietary needs, I eat pretty much whatever the hell I want.

I'm constantly looking for new Ideas and constructive criticism. If anyone ever has either to offer, please do.
